I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I was able to upgrade to a king-size room at a low additional cost, the room itself was disappointingly tiny and accessed through an external fire escape, reminiscent of spaces in Hong Kong or London rather than Sydney. The room felt musty and was located right next to a storage cupboard under the stairs, which wasn't ideal.

The rooms near the front of the hotel were always in tip-top condition but a bit small, with one room being absolutely tiny.
